Meet Joan Johnston, who is Mum to Leo, aged five.
Leo was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome just three weeks before his first birthday, which causes developmental delay, problems with speech and language, and intellectual disability. Since then, Leo has also been diagnosed with epilepsy, sleep apnoea, reflux, scoliosis and is now tube fed.
